Blaine Brown
President & Owner
As the Founder of BB Roofing, Blaine spends his time doing what he does best, assisting his customers and team. His leadership and work ethic set an example for us all. Blaine comes from a humble background and understands that hard work and building relationships are they keys to success. Blaine is often the first to work in the mornings and usually the last to leave. His commitment to his customers is unrelenting. He can often be found on rooftops inspecting our work to ensure it is up to his high standards. Blaine is the heart & soul of BB Roofing and his team is proud to follow the stellar example he sets everyday.
Buck Hopkins
Production Manager
Buck joined the BB Roofing team in 2015, bringing 15 years of experience with him. Buck's responsibilities include overseeing our Production and Quality Assurance team. He is involved with each customers job from the tear off to the completion of the roof. Buck keeps our teams moving by ensuring there are ample supplies and the right products on the job site. When he is not ensuring an amazing experience for our customers Buck enjoys spending time with his children Cole and Shannon as well as taking advantage of some of the great fishing opportunities in our community.
Brad Ebeling
Regional Sales Manager, Nebraska
Originally from Fairbury, NE, Brad joined on our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist in 2017. After excelling in that role and demonstrating excellent service to our clients, he was promoted to Roofing Advisor in 2020. In his spare time, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife Tina and daughter, Frankie. He and his family live in Lincoln and Brad considers himself a bit of a "foodie" as he enjoys sampling many of our city's wonderful culinary experiences.
Dave Conde
General Manager
Before joining our team, Dave enjoyed a nearly 25 year career in property management. In 2010, Dave moved from Maryland to Nebraska where he served as a Regional Manager overseeing properties in Nebraska, Colorado, and Arizona. After growing weary of the travel, he accepted an offer to serve as Director of Property Management for a local developer. He enjoyed that role for 5.5 years before deciding to take on his current role at BB Roofing. In his spare time, Dave values time with his wife, three daughters and the rest of his family. Dave also enjoys cheering on his beloved Baltimore Ravens and of course the Huskers football & volleyball teams along with his involvement in the community.
Trent Ihde
Quality Assurance Specialist
Before joining the BB Roofing team, Trent worked for years beautifying our community as a Landscape Technician. His skills have transitioned well as this has given him a keen eye for detail, a necessary trait in his role as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Of course, being trustworthy comes naturally to Trent as a former Eagle Scout! In his spare time, Trent enjoys spending time with his wife Tara and the rest of his family.
Susan Herold
Administrative Assistant
Susan Grew up on a farm near Julian NE where she learned about family being the most important thing. With 26 years of serving customers in our community, Susan brings a great deal of experience to her role with BB Roofing. Susan lives in Lincoln with her Husband Aaron. They are proud parents to two beautiful children (Austin & Madison) and a naughty Puppy named Bucky. Susan and her family love camping, going out for breakfast, and traveling (Disney is the best!). Susan's hobbies include house plants, craft shows, frugal shopping, lunches with friends & annoying her family with her complete set of Little House on The Prairie DVD’s.
Jeff Niebaum
Roofing Advisor, Des Moines, IA
Originally from Williamsburg, Iowa, Jeff moved to Nebraska for school where he graduated from Midland University and was a member of their baseball team. He moved to Omaha, to pursue his Master’s Degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. After graduating he spent 10 years working for the Better Business Bureau in their Marketing and Communications Department. His goal has always been to move back to his roots to be closer to his family and be an incredible Uncle to his two nieces and nephew. After 3 years working at BB Roofing covering the Omaha area, he finally accomplished his goal and moved to Des Moines to open BB Roofing's office in Iowa. You might have also recognized Jeff on the sidelines of your favorite sporting events. He has been officiating football and basketball over the last 10 years. Jeff is an avid golfer, who is still seeking his PGA Tour Card, but remains an amateur like the rest of us. His knowledge and energy he brings to his customers and colleagues are what make him such an attribute to the BB Roofing team!
Austin Fredrickson
Roofing Advisor
Austin is originally from the town of Lacon, a rural town located in central Illinois, and relocated to Lincoln, NE in 2019 after graduating from Lincoln College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management. He brings years of customer service and a keen eye for detail from his years of work experience prior to joining the team. During his free time, he enjoys preparing delicious meals on his Traeger, watching Chicago Cubs baseball, or driving around the rural Nebraska countryside on his Kawasaki Mule with his son, Sawyer, and girlfriend, Brooke. He is looking forward to assisting you in your exterior home remodeling project!
Anthony Persinger
Roofing Advisor
Anthony, originally from northeast Kansas, returned to BB Roofing in 2023 to fill his previously held role of Roofing Advisor. Anthony stepped away in 2018 to raise his daughter with his wife, Dawnelle. Now that their daughter is in school, Anthony is back to help customers with their home exterior needs. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors. When it's football season, you can catch Anthony cheering for the Huskers on Saturday and the Cowboys on Sunday!

William Samuels
Quality Assurance Specialist
William was born and raised in Illinois and is an experienced roofing professional having been in the business for more that 25 years. For the past 8 years, William has lived in Omaha with his wife Teresa. He has four beautiful children and a Staffordshire Terrier named Lovebug. An avid Chiefs and Husker fan, there is nothing William loves more than making his homemade BBQ sauce and preparing amazing meats on his smoker before game time! William’s experience and expertise makes him a perfect addition to the BB Roofing team!
